Job Title: Business Development Specialist

About the Role

We are a sales enablement agency specializing in digital sales, supporting businesses in their digital transformation journey. Our team works with global brands across enterprise SaaS and fintech accelerators.

This role involves collaborating with our clients as a B2B IT sales professional, working full-time within a secondment arrangement. The position will be based in your home country within ASEAN, with a requirement for fluency in Japanese Business N2 level (home base).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in developing and executing sales strategies aligned with their business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
  • Promote and sell products/services to key decision-makers within target companies

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT sector
  • Fluency in Japanese Business N2 level or higher
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
