Lead Generator Needed for Business Development Opportunities. We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to help us book qualified calls with business owners and entrepreneurs.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating leads and booking appointments, and be comfortable working independently with high-quality content. You will use LinkedIn, email outreach, or other methods to get qualified leads into our calendar.
The role offers the opportunity to work on multiple coaching and seminar brands, helping them grow their presence across the U.S. and globally. Our team is equipped with a full suite of marketing tools and content to support your outreach efforts.
As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for:
- Generating leads using LinkedIn, email, or DMs
- Booking qualified appointments with business owners & entrepreneurs
- Working with high-quality content: VSLs, landing pages, lead magnets
- Helping grow multiple coaching and seminar brands
- 1+ year experience in B2B lead gen or appointment setting
- Comfortable with performance-based pay
- Organized, self-managed, and results-driven
Payment is per booked Zoom Meeting on our Calendly Schedule. You will be paid for every qualified lead who schedules and shows up for a call via our online appointment setter.
Plus, bonuses for a certain number of booked appointments and closed sales generated from those calls.

Booked but unqualified call $0
Booked, qualified and showed up for a call $20
Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
Experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting
Proven track record with real results
Access to LinkedIn and reliable internet
Willing to meet once weekly via Zoom
Open to a full-time, exclusive long-term position
Compensation package includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
