Sr. Retention and Direct Response Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Strategist to drive online lead generation through both traditional and non-traditional marketing channels.

This is a hands-on role where you will identify, test, and optimize new campaigns that expand our reach into untapped markets.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Launching and managing lead generation campaigns in TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously testing new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies
  • Developing and executing innovative growth-focused marketing plans
  • Optimizing campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
  • Working cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels
    • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
    • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
