This is a highly sought-after remote position for an experienced individual to generate leads within the construction industry.
We are looking for a skilled professional to research, identify, and develop strategies to qualify potential leads and schedule appointments for sales teams in the construction sector.
The ideal candidate will have impeccable interpersonal skills, be proficient in lead generation software, online marketing channels, and current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with potential clients via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up activities.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect data to optimize lead conversion rates.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Tech-savvy individual with a proactive attitude and ability to work on a graveyard shift.
