Key Sales Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our organization as a Business Development Representative (BDR). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales and real estate sales, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and relationship building.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking, with a focus on identifying and prospecting potential clients.
  2. Qualify leads by engaging with them to understand their needs, qualifying them, and providing the necessary information to move them through the sales funnel.
  3. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, leveraging communication skills and influencing prospects.
  4. Collaborate with Account Executives to pass along qualified leads and assist with follow-up communication.
  5. Manage CRM systems to track all interactions with prospects, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-ups.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets for calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  8. Participate in ongoing sales training and development to refine techniques and improve results.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience as an SDR or BDR required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience in software sales and real estate sales is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented approach, with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets for data management and reporting.
  • Experience using CRM platforms like Go High Level.
  • Familiarity with phone systems for sales outreach and customer engagement.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while being part of a remote team.
