
Sales Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Outreach Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing meaningful connections with potential clients and scheduling appointments between qualified leads and the company's sales representatives.
The successful candidate will contribute directly to the expansion of our business and our mission to deliver connected consumer experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect potential clients through phone calls, showcasing exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone demeanor.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions, highlighting technical concepts and articulating them clearly over the phone.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, utilizing strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls effectively.
- Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales team, collaborating closely with the sales team and providing necessary prospect information.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and call outcomes in our CRM system, tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
- A proven track record as an appointment setter or in a phone-based sales support role, demonstrating exceptional results-oriented approach to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools for call management, showcasing strong analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player.
