Sales Data Analyst

The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for uncovering insights at the intersection of data and strategy.

This role analyzes sales performance, builds dashboards, partners with cross-functional teams, and delivers actionable data-driven recommendations that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline, conversion, and client data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into KPIs, conversion rates, and sales cycle dynamics.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, client segmentation, and territory planning.
  • Support forecasting, segmentation, and quota-setting initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve CRM data quality, reporting structures, and process automation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum three years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or startup environment
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce software
