Account Development Role

Succeed in a dynamic sales environment where you will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts within the excavator product line.

This is a full-time position based in Surigao City, with opportunities for remote work. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with top customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process for major deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet unique customer needs.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategy and maximise sales performance.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance and pipeline.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives for the excavator product line.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the excavator product category and the construction industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
