Sales Operations and Strategy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations and Strategy Manager to join our team at Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to drive business growth by streamlining sales processes, improving lead generation, and enhancing customer engagement.
About the Role
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize sales workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals, improve communication, and facilitate seamless handoffs.
- Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns, leveraging best practices for deliverability and personalization.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and GrowthDrive sales growth by implementing process improvements, automating repetitive tasks, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
CRM and Automation
- Configure and manage CRM systems (HubSpot) to streamline sales workflows, track leads, and analyze conversion rates.
- Implement automation tools to enhance lead nurturing, follow-ups, and data enrichment.
Email Marketing and Deliverability
- Optimize email campaigns for improved deliverability, open rates, and response rates.
- Monitor email performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Provide actionable insights on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics, pipeline health, and campaign ROI.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales goals, campaigns, and processes.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in HubSpot (CRM and Marketing Hub) and familiarity with sales enablement tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of email marketing and deliverability best practices.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and InMail campaigns.
Benefits and Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
