Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant to join our team at Active Control Automation and Industrial Sales Corporation.

About the Role:

This position involves providing high-level support to our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and update expense reports in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare checks and other bank transfers as required, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Enter financial transactions into our internal database, verifying data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct regular reviews of spreadsheets to ensure their accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain organized accounting files, both physical and digital, to facilitate easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Assist in conducting collection drives and discussing payment programs and status with buyers, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  • Prepare BIR 2307 forms as needed, meeting statutory deadlines and requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in accounting, preferably with experience in similar positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software applications.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is PHP 35,000 - 45,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
