Job Description:

The HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing applicants for new job openings and vacancies through recruitment portals. This individual will perform initial interviews and pre-employment requirements, prepare documents for bank account openings, and maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing applicants for job openings and vacancies
  • Performing initial interviews and pre-employment requirements
  • Preparing documents for bank account openings
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
  • Assisting with payroll functions, including processing and answering employee questions
  • Conducting or assisting with new hire orientation
  • Creating employee-employer contracts
  • Processing business permit renewals
  • Maintaining employee attendance and tenure records
  • Assisting with special events and communications with public services as needed

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Head to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records. Additionally, this role requires strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external parties.
