Job Description

This is a MES Customer Support Engineer position where you will be working on our support portal to review incidents, problems and change requests. You will also be required to log in various different systems to resolve technical issues.


Your Role:
  1. You will report to the Support Manager and work independently as part of the support team.
  2. You will undertake a range of technical tasks that arise during the resolution of tickets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolving technical issues through logging in different systems.
  • Reviewing incidents, problems and change requests on our support portal.

Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of SQL databases.
  2. Good knowledge of T-SQL codes, stored procedures, views, functions and triggers.
  3. Diagnosing and addressing operational data issues.
  4. Microsoft SQL Management skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to comprehend technical information related to computer software, hardware and network.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Manufacturing process knowledge (plus but not required).

Global One, Eastwood, QC.
