Job Title

This role requires an individual to oversee the onboarding and mentoring of new professionals, while driving process improvements within a global operations team. The successful candidate will assist across various programs and manage transactions and workflows related to learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and policies by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and standards while performing administrative and operational activities.
  • Support the enhancement of practices across sites, considering cultural nuances and operational needs.
  • Maintain high service levels in the organization and facilitate effective communication between teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve inquiries related to employee learning.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from systems to support data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee the security, accuracy, and maintenance of standard operating procedures and documentation, ensuring they are aligned with internal standards.
  • Analyze data to recommend solutions and improvements aligned with business needs.
  • Provide support for complex learning transactions, including mandatory events, ensuring alignment with established frameworks.
  • Administer learning-related workflows and transactions using available systems.
  • Leverage tools to process and track learning operations activities efficiently.
  • Partner with managers to interpret data, including dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Manage the case management system, ensuring timely escalation of learning-related issues.
  • Play a key role in projects by facilitating testing efforts and supporting implementation.
  • Ensure all learning-related queries, tickets, and projects are addressed according to standard processes.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex transactions and system issues.
  • Mentor and train new and tenured professionals on processes, procedures, and system functionalities.
  • Deliver training services and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance capability and consistency.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all standard processes and procedures.
  • Lead regular meetings in collaboration with leadership to align on priorities and updates.
  • Design, build, and manage learning courses, events, and sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS), including setting up targeted audiences and campaigns.
