Process Improvement Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive process improvement initiatives across multiple accounts and client engagements. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to leverage their expertise in automation, transformation, and innovation to deliver tangible results.

The successful candidate will own the overall management of Innovation initiatives for aligned accounts, leveraging with clients and stakeholders to discover, qualify, realize, sustain, and replicate automation and process improvement deliverables. They will manage insights, provide valuable intelligence, and end-to-end assessments to stakeholders on how to improve processes, business, customer experience, and growth based on agreed metrics and targets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Own the overall management of Innovation initiatives for aligned accounts
  • Leverage with clients and various stakeholders to drive automation and process improvements
  • Manage insights and provide valuable intelligence to stakeholders
  • End-to-end assessment and roadmap development to stakeholders on how to improve processes, business, customer experience, and growth

Requirements:

  • Total 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in role focusing on Innovation, Transformation, and/or Process Improvement
  • Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, and/or Agile/Scrum certification/training is preferred
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in deploying automation tools such as macros, workflow tools, robotics process automation, artificial intelligence/cognitive, and data analytics
  • Skilled in project management, change management, and stakeholder management
