We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively promoting our products and services. This involves identifying dormant and underperforming accounts, transforming cold leads into potential customers, and assisting the sales team in setting up new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Account Management: Identify and transform underperforming accounts into profitable ones, while also assisting the sales team in setting up new accounts.
  2. Salesforce Operations: Monitor and report any data issues in Salesforce to the sales manager, and leverage workflows to automate and track customer processes.
  3. New Customer Process: Qualify new customers, expose them to other services we offer, and manage the new account process from initial quote request to setup.
  4. Reporting and Coordination: Prepare detailed reports for the sales manager and customers, and prepare QBR data and PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an inside sales position or similar role.
  • Proficient in CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
  • Exceptional organization skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Familiarity with the transportation sales industry is a plus.
