We're seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to spearhead high-impact outreach initiatives and drive business growth through consultative sales.
This remote work position requires a night shift schedule, and we're looking for experienced professionals who can thrive in this environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify leads, set meetings, and schedule appointments between prospective customers and sales representatives.
- Conduct targeted research to identify new market opportunities and engage with prospect accounts.
- Execute high-volume outreach through frequent calls and emails to prospective clients or candidates.
- Support Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts.
- Maintain active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold calling in a B2B setup.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic in approach.
