We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Professional to drive business expansion and revenue growth through effective client engagement and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct welcome calls with new clients to establish rapport and address any questions or concerns.
- Build trust with clients by effectively handling objections and reinforcing the value proposition of our product.
- Assess client needs and recommend solutions that best meet their requirements in terms of value and cost-effectiveness.
- Qualify leads and determine readiness to proceed with the purchase.
- Enroll clients in follow-up communication workflows and manage future check-ins if not ready to pay.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and status in CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Foster open communication with internal teams to improve product offerings and messaging based on client feedback and pain points.
- At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and writing skills (email competency).
- Strong proficiency in the English language is required.
- Confident phone presence with the ability to handle objections from business customers.
- Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Bonus: Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
