We are seeking motivated professionals to excel in acquiring new revenue streams from small to medium-sized enterprises in Australia. As a Business Development Expert, you will be responsible for leveraging sales sourced leads and optimizing lead allocation to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities- Pursue new customers through proactive sales activities, including campaign execution, referrals, and pipeline management.
- Track and report sales performance, including acquisition results and market trends.
- Meet quality and productivity targets while adhering to our sales practice policy and compliance requirements.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects before making calls and utilize CRM tools to source leads and onboard new customers.
- Promote the American Express brand and foster a growth mindset for continuous improvement.
- Strong background in outbound B2B sales acquisitions with a proven track record of driving sales outcomes through efficient target and metrics management.
- Experience in outbound B2B account development/management for small to medium client accounts is essential.
- Proven telesales experience is required, regardless of industry.
- Consistency in meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is crucial for success in this role.
- Ability to work effectively in target-driven environments and communicate seamlessly with internal stakeholders.
