Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our customers with their sales inquiries, orders, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service across every interaction.

This position requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment aligned with U.S. business hours. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in CRM and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Support customers using our e-commerce platform, assisting with web orders, product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery tracking
  • Process sales orders and enter customer data accurately in CRM and ERP systems
  • Follow up on inbound leads, quote requests (RFQs), and web inquiries to help convert interest into sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and assist with administrative support related to sales transactions
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related B2B role
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems preferred
  • Tech-savvy and able to support customers using digital tools and e-commerce systems
