We are seeking a competitive and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Qualifications

Superior verbal and conversational knowledge of English language (C1 or C2 with excellent articulation)

Prior B2C Sales, Negotiation and Hard Selling experience

Excellent listening and reasoning skills

Resilient, persistent, and adaptable to change with strong sales decisiveness and ability to multitask

Ability to perform work based on US CST timezone (UST - 06:00)
Responsibilities

Answer inbound and outbound calls, with successful representatives answering an average of 40-60 daily calls and closing at minimum 18% of deals daily

Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive environment

Assist in developing workflows of inbound and outbound calls

Balance a positive customer experience with a seamless and effective sales process

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, product trends and services offered

Other sales-related duties as assigned
