About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the challenge of appointment setting for our client in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists.
  • Evaluate leads and effectively communicate our business proposition.
  • Coordinate meetings and calendar invitations for senior leadership.
  • Monitor outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor when handling rejection and ensure consistent follow-up.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one to three years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Experience in B2B calling and appointment setting is essential.
  • The ability to handle high call volumes with discipline and resilience.
  • Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Tech-savviness, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong internet connectivity.
  • Clear and coherent communication skills to introduce the company's value proposition.
