We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead and develop our inside sales team, focusing on outbound sales to customers across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing telesales or inside sales teams, a strong understanding of the AU/NZ market, and the ability to inspire and coach a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish clear performance metrics, monitor results, and implement strategies to drive improvement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and growth in the AU/NZ market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and markets to expand our presence.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align activities with overall business objectives.
  • Support the team in engaging with key customers, addressing escalations, and building long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality customer interactions that reflect our brand and values.
Performance & Reporting:
  • Track team KPIs and report on performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or outbound sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of managing and motivating inside sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand B2B market.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Experience in the construction, trade, or tools industry is highly desirable.
