Job Title: Global HR Generalist - APAC Region

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources professional to join our team as a Graduate HR Generalist in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing expert HR support to our teams across the region.

  • This role entails maintaining our HR Information System (HRIS) with high accuracy and timeliness in processing all team member changes and new joiners.
  • You will partner with managers and employees to drive people strategy and support HR processes within your areas of responsibility.
  • Owning global projects such as engagement initiatives, training programs or cultural development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support by answering team members' questions and responding to requests regarding their employment contracts and benefits, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and data on employee information and handle payroll tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR generalist roles or similar functions.
  • Prior internship experience in an HR department, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
