Job Title: Cash Collection Specialist

This role is responsible for working in a fast-paced global team to efficiently collect cash from customers.

  • Proactively communicate with customers to facilitate timely payments and maintain positive relationships.
  • Manage a high-volume multi-currency ledger, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships both internal and external, with awareness of cultural and regional differences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3+ years of proven track record in successful cash collection in a busy global AR team.
  • Tenacious and professionally assertive demeanor.
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with accounting systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building abilities.
