At Assurance Controls Technologies Co., Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and possess strong organizational abilities.

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will provide efficient support to the Department and the Executive office. Duties include general clerical work, assisting the President & Board Chairman, taking minutes of meetings, and maintaining filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality assistance to the Administrative Department
  • Set up, attend, and take notes/minutes of Admin and Mancom meetings
  • Maintain and monitor inventory of office supplies
  • Assist with other tasks assigned by the Office of the President & Board Chairman
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
  • Good computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and database management
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, with strong time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information
