Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Certeza Infosys, Corp.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position that requires a High School graduate, Vocational or College level education.
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or operations specialist is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • They should be proficient in maintaining office daily tasks and cleaning the workspace.
  • Physical fitness is required for travel purposes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and ensure a clean and organized office environment.
  2. Handle administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
  4. Contribute to team efforts by sharing knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate, Vocational or College level degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration or operations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Salary Range: PHP 22,000 - PHP 28,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Location: Quezon City or Greenhills, San Juan. Regular business hours, with occasional overtime as needed.
