About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and assist in various tasks such as reviewing documentation, preparing investment documents, and providing general administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Review: Thoroughly review all documentation to ensure completeness before sending it to other business units.
  • Investment Documentation: Assist in the preparation of various investment documentation and submission.
  • Office Operations: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including clerical tasks such as filing.
Requirements
  • Degree: College graduate of any accounting, business, or related courses.
  • Computer Skills: Knowledgeable in using computer software and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience: Administrative job experience is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will also have opportunities for professional growth and development.
