Family Care Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of family dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and reviewing documentation from caregivers and families
  • Making outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries to guide families through the documentation process
  • Handling high-volume phone interactions while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and Medicaid/Medicare regulations
  • Communicating clearly and compassionately with families via phone, text, and email

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in customer service, administrative, or healthcare support roles
  • Proven experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when reviewing documents
  • Clear professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, shared drives, or document tracking tools
