We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering underserved families to access care by collecting, reviewing, and tracking required documentation from caregivers and families.

Responsibilities- Collect and track documentation from caregivers and families.
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to guide families through the documentation process.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and Medicaid/Medicare regulations.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with families via phone, text, and email.
