We are seeking an Office Administration Assistant to provide administrative support and assist in various office tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including benefits administration, employee coordination, client management, and document preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or any related course, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel). Additionally, experience in visa processing and AEP processing would be advantageous.

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday/Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
