WHR Global Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager for Real Estate to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the lead generation unit in ensuring sufficient sourced properties by building, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with financial institutions, local government units, NGOs, private developers, tipsters, agents, and brokers.
- Train, communicate, and delegate tasks to team members, including sourcing of properties, acquisition sources, building and nurturing networks, and conducting market studies and competitor analyses.
- Develop and implement guidelines related to sourcing and network expansion, and recommend department improvements regarding procedures and processes.
- Deal with stakeholders that may affect the lead generation process, and work with the VP-Business Development to identify and trailblaze new areas and opportunities.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, business development, sales, or relationship management.
- Real estate experience is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing a team.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, marketing, finance, accounting, engineering, or any related field.
- Proven effective analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
