Job Title: Property Acquisition Analyst in Real Estate

WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solution provider, is seeking a highly skilled Property Acquisition Analyst to join its team. This is a direct hiring opportunity for a role that requires minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and qualify sourced properties by verifying availability, profitability, and salability.
  • Create financial simulations to determine the profitability of sourced properties.
  • Conduct market assessments and competitor scanning to confirm the salability of sourced properties.
  • Recommend properties to be moved to the next process (site visit).
  • Collate initial requirements for properties to be accepted by the acquisition unit.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in market research and acquisition.
  • Real estate experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Proven effective analytical, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Candidates with attached CVs and relevant experience will be considered for a phone interview. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate market trends and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
