We're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage and qualify top software engineering talent for our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, client needs and candidate profiles for complex technical positions.
  • Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies across multiple platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow and niche communities.
  • Foster relationships and follow up with passive candidates.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends and talent market dynamics to refine sourcing approaches.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in technical sourcing or recruiting (2+ years).
  • Expertise in Boolean search and familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow and other technical communities is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering roles, skills and terminology.
