Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is all about identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.

This position involves screening resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix, managing candidate communication and email correspondence, keeping recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets, coordinating with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs, and contributing to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screening of resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews
  • Candidate communication and email correspondence management
  • Recruitment records maintenance in HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Coordination with managers and assistants
  • SOPs, training resources, and team communication contribution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
