Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the industry.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and recruiters. They will be responsible for identifying and attracting top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions.

Responsibilities
  • Review and post attractive job adverts on specialized job boards.
  • Use various sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking) to identify and engage candidates with niche skills.
  • Implement traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies to cultivate talent communities and maintain a steady pipeline.
  • Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and various communication channels.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Pre-screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting to the hiring team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is preferred.
  • Three years' experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.
  • Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a particular industry (or industries/markets) is required.
