We are seeking a proactive and skilled recruiter to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing high-quality candidates to fill key positions within the organization.
This is not a standard recruiting role—it is a high-impact contract position for a headhunter, bloodhound, and culture protector who is relentlessly driven to find top talent. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take full ownership of ad creation and placement, proactive sourcing, rigorous pre-screening, and pipeline management.
You will work closely with our leadership team to understand their hiring needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs. Your expertise in resume analysis, candidate assessment, and interview skills will be invaluable in finding the right candidates for our organization.
About the Role- Strategic Sourcing & Talent Hunting: You will aggressively source high-quality candidates through direct outreach, cold targeting, social sourcing, Boolean search, industry crossovers, and networking.
- Maintain a bench of pre-screened, hire-ready candidates: You will build a pool of qualified candidates that can be drawn upon as needed.
- Seek transferable skill sets: You will look for candidates with skills that can be applied to our organization's roles.
- Write and manage job postings: You will create effective job ads that attract top talent.
- Candidate Evaluation & Screening: You will conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for our organization.
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience: You must have a proven track record of success in recruiting.
- Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing and closing hard-to-fill roles: You must have a history of finding difficult-to-recruit candidates.
- Strong verbal interviewing and candidate assessment skills: You must be able to effectively evaluate candidates.
- Ability to critically analyze resumes and screen for red flags: You must be able to identify potential issues with candidates.
- Hands-on experience managing job postings and tracking performance metrics: You must have experience creating effective job ads and measuring their success.
- $7/hour plus $100 bonus for every successful closed project: You will be rewarded for your success.
