Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition process, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and candidate engagement.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and enhance our company's diversity.
  • BUILD and maintain a network of industry professionals and potential candidates.
  • Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screenings via phone or video calls.
  • Create and manage databases to track candidate progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with management to identify future talent needs and proactively source qualified professionals.
  • Utilize various online platforms, job boards and social media sites to connect with potential candidates and promote job openings.
  • Analyze and report on sourcing metrics in real-time.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of various channels, social networks, online portals and resume databases.
  • Hands-on experience with talent acquisition tools and systems.
  • Familiarity with creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to improve candidate search.
  • Proficiency with HR databases, ATS and CMS systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in healthcare/medical field (desired but not required).
  • Experience with selection processes such as video interviews, phone screenings and reference checks (desired but not required).
