Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in the workforce.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare reports on workforce metrics and trends.
  • Recommendations: Develop recommendations to enhance client experience and reduce overheads.
  • Employee Management: Manage employee records and maintain accurate staffing schedules.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide timely reports on performance data and service level variations.
Requirements:
  • A college graduate with any course background.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS applications and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Amenable to flexible scheduling.
