Responsibilities
  • Administer and support U.S. employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, medical leave triage, and system documentation uploads.
  • Assist employees with questions regarding their benefits, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits, staying up-to-date on changes and updates.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and vendors to resolve issues or discrepancies, managing vendor data transfer related to eligibility files.
  • Handle employee escalations related to benefit issues, providing ongoing education on benefits options and alternatives.
