Plumbing Quality Control Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a prime opportunity for skilled plumbers seeking to transition from fieldwork to a more office-based role. As a remote Quality Control Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and reviewing numerous plumbing work orders daily, overseeing licensed plumbers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high volumes of residential work orders daily, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Thoroughly evaluate contractor reports, photos, and videos to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Identify incomplete or inaccurate bids and coordinate with contractors to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and escalate quality concerns as necessary.
  • Ensure all documentation and data entries are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Act as the final QA checkpoint before work approval, scheduling, or billing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in residential plumbing, with a minimum of 3-5 years hands-on experience.
  • Master Plumber certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong diagnostic skills, with the ability to assess work via photos, videos, and notes.
  • Familiarity with common residential plumbing issues and solutions.
