Residential Specialist

We're looking to hire professional individuals looking to earn $80,000 to $160,000 in annual commissions focusing on working

traditional resale of homes. Will vary by farm but need to be able to consistently market and brand.

Within the first 90 days agents benefit from a mix of classroom and field training about farming, deal structuring, and relationship building through our proprietary onboarding & training program. Due to our experience in the market, we are able to guide and support our agents in any market condition. We're intentionally small so our core team can support our agents ongoing marketing & sales pipeline development. 

Aside from advertising our services to drive business to our agents, we've created several campaigns and host regular events that our agents use to generate leads. With our support and Total Brokerage CRM, you can build a foundation for a sustainable book of business in under 2 years.

Key Duties

• Develop new and strengthen existing account relationships through exceptional customer service and market knowledge.
• Advise clients on market conditions and available resources to meet their goals.
• Collaboratively market properties to prospective buyers through brand awareness of mission, values, and available services.
• Create, review, present, and manage purchase offers and listing agreements, and accompanying contract addenda to successful closings.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of neighborhoods in and around Houston's I610 loop as well as local development trends & policy. They will be customer service driven with a niche focus. The candidate is able to work independently, has strong presentation and communication skills, the ability to leverage social media, and able to learn software quickly.

In addition to being a driven and creative problem solver, the candidate should be able to perform in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines. Last, the candidate should be organized, composed, and comfortable with being a student of the industry.

Education

• High School or better, some college preferred.
• Licensed Texas real estate agent
• 2+ years real estate experience preferred
• 1+ years sales experience preferred

Details

• This position is for an independent contractor relationship
• Requires initial and annual fee
• Min commitment of 25+ hours weekly
• 2-year commitment recommended
