We are seeking a skilled leader to spearhead our Turnover Assistance Team, driving residential units to Full Acceptance status.

This role involves close collaboration with the Project Management team to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.

  • Lead the assigned TOAST team to achieve Full Acceptance status for residential units
  • Assist in the documentary close-out of projects, ensuring all necessary documents are reviewed and submitted on time
  • Prepare regular reports on project status and progress
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and other project staff as required

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Timely turn-over of residential units to BTG with an average target of four (4) FA units per work day
  • Assist in the review and consolidation of close-out documents for submission to GPMC and Head Office
  • Conduct site walk-throughs and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety objectives
  • Implement and monitor environmental protection programs to maintain a sustainable workplace
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field from a reputable institution
  • Valid PRC license or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
