Job Title: Building Maintenance Head

Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a challenging role? Do you have experience in overseeing the upkeep and repair of facilities and equipment?

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that all maintenance operations are carried out efficiently and safely.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Building Maintenance Head. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance staff, developing preventive maintenance schedules, and inspecting buildings and equipment to identify issues and recommend corrective measures.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing the maintenance budget, monitoring expenses, and sourcing cost-effective solutions. You will work closely with external contractors and suppliers to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed to a high standard.

If you have a strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team, we would like to hear from you.

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred, but not essential. What matters most is your proven experience in building/facilities maintenance, strong communication skills, and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate all building maintenance activities
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems regularly
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team
  • Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in building/facilities maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills
