About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Telecommunications Customer Service Representative. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

As a Telecommunications Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be on non-voice customer interactions, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via various non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective customer support

Requirements:

  • High School or Equivalent Diploma + 6 months to 11 months International Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience
