About the Role

As a Customer Service representative for Telecommunications Accounts, you will be responsible for providing excellent support and resolving inquiries for our clients' customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with navigating our clients' products and services, and troubleshooting any issues they may be experiencing
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in our systems
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department for resolution
  • Adhering to our clients' service level agreements and quality standards
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions to customers
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A pleasant and professional demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Fluency in both English and Tagalog
