Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to deliver exceptional customer experiences, handle maintenance requests, and provide timely support via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls in a timely manner, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Process voicemails and communicate with managers as needed to resolve issues promptly.
  • Understand and adhere to community care standard operating procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Return phone calls in accordance with company policy, maintaining open communication channels.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. At least 3 years of experience in a BPO or call center setting is necessary for this role.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills are essential for effective communication with customers and team members.
  • The ability to work from home with a dedicated workstation is a must, enabling flexibility and productivity.
  • A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute is required, alongside comfort using technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in property management can be beneficial in this role.
Technical Requirements:
  • Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS are supported.
  • CPU: A 1.8 GHz or faster processor is recommended.
  • RAM: 2 GB or more is required for smooth performance.
  • Hard drive: A 128 GB or more storage capacity, preferably an SSD, is ideal.
  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed is necessary for reliable connectivity.
