Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Employee Engagement and Communications Specialist to develop and execute an integrated engagement and communication plan for people experience programs.

This role is responsible for ensuring timely execution of the plan and assisting in the overall management of our organization's engagement and communications strategies.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for people-related programs and initiatives through various channels (email, employee portal, print, etc.) as aligned with our HR goals and organizational objectives.
  • Partner with HR units and departments to develop and ensure timely execution of tailored communication strategies.
  • Manage communications governance and signoff processes, providing reports and recommendations on the performance of HR communications initiatives and programs.
  • Lead content management of various HR communication platforms.
  • Support digital projects through change management initiatives/programs.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans for timely, transparent, and accurate information dissemination during challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities

Writing and Creatives:

  • Conceptualize and create engaging HR Communication materials such as content writing, scriptwriting, artwork creation, photo and video editing, announcement layouts, and animation.

Management of Communication Platforms:

  • Oversee and manage various communication platforms, ensuring effective utilization.
  • Regularly measure and evaluate the effectiveness of various communication platforms.

Employer Branding:

  • Collaborate closely with Talent attraction teams to develop and implement communication strategies amplifying employer brand.
  • Support implementation of identified employer brand strategies and programs, including social media campaigns, talent community management, and brand ambassador programs.
  • Develop engaging and targeted content highlighting company culture, values, and people.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in conceptualization, design, and effective implementation of the organization's culture and engagement strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with other HR and cross-functional teams in implementing various engagement initiatives across the organization.
  • Assist in managing employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and milestones.

Other Tasks:

  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all communication and engagement-related initiatives.
  • Stay updated on emerging employee engagement and communication trends to continuously enhance the efficiency of programs and channels.
  • Perform other activities and projects assigned by immediate superiors.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Digital Management, Marketing, Communications, or related course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in creative design and communications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
