Staff Happiness Manager

We are looking for a Staff Happiness Manager to join our team. As a key player in employee engagement, this role focuses on scalable online engagement that builds connection, recognition, and joy across time zones.

This role involves leading virtual programs and initiatives that enhance our employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), improve Glassdoor ratings, and reinforce us as a Great Place to Work. You will be responsible for organizing mental wellness sessions, online contests, staff success spotlights, and ensuring remote staff feel valued.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a calendar of virtual engagement events, including wellness, trivia, cultural celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Create scalable campaigns connecting global staff to company culture.
  • Monitor and respond to eNPS and Glassdoor reviews, implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with Talent Marketing to align staff stories with employer branding.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze engagement metrics to improve staff retention.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Communications to execute global online experiences.
  • Stay updated on best practices in remote employee engagement and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Manage internal communications related to engagement and company updates.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3–5+ years in employee engagement, event management, HR, or culture-focused roles.
  • Proven success in remote-first engagement or with large, distributed teams.
  • Experience in event planning, staff wellness, or community building is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience in BPO, staffing, or global service companies.

Required Skills:

  • Creative, empathetic, and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent project management across countries and time zones.

Work Environment:

  • Expected to report to the office at least twice a week with remaining days working from home.
  • Require a strong internet connection (minimum 20 MBPS).
