Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to build talent pipelines
2. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
3. Design and implement employee support and engagement initiatives to improve employee experience
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
