Join a dynamic team as a Marketing Engagement Associate where you will oversee event engagement, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure all project deliverables are met. You will build and maintain strong relationships with community members, service and delivery agencies, and stakeholder groups.

This role requires a Graduate of Marketing or any related course with strong customer service management skills. A medical background is an advantage, and you must be collaborative and work well in a team setting. Attention to detail and strong coordination skills are also essential.

As a Community Engagement Officer, you will develop, manage, facilitate and deliver community programs for targeted client groups with a focus on Renal awareness. You will attend administrative matters pertaining to community engagement projects, including day-to-day operational matters such as correspondence, budget and record management of the events.

In this role, you will ensure the highest level of clinical and nonclinical service delivery, covering all patients and patients' relative programs. You will originate and execute patient experience programs, including patient initiatives, and work with the Facility Team to ensure patient, relative and employee spaces are functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Your responsibilities will also include creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials. You will monitor and manage social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers, and perform other related duties as assigned by the Renal Manager.

Work conditions include full-time employment, 8-hour workdays, Monday through Friday, primarily on-site in Cavite Renal Branches, with occasional office work in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
